On March 17, 2021, head of Regional Eastern Europe Fire Monitoring Center Sergiy Zibtsev took part in a meeting of Regional Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies in Luhansk oblast, chaired by First Deputy Head of Luhansk Regional State Administration Oleksiy Smirnov.
The event was dedicated to the approval of the Action Plan for the prevention and elimination of wildfires in natural ecosystems of Luhansk oblast in the fire-hazardous period of 2021.
