2014-2018 ‒ postgraduate study at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, specialty 12.00.07 «Administrative Law and Process, Financial Law, Information Law».

2018 ‒ defended the PhD thesis «Organizational and Legal Bases of Activity of Local Self-Government Bodies of Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan» (National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine).

Work activity:

2012-2014 ‒ Deputy Head of the Executive Directorate for Legal Affairs of the All-Ukrainian Association of Village Councils.

2014-2016 ‒ Director of the LLC «Community Legal Protection Agency».

2018– till now – Assistant  Lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
