Create a team - achieve the goal!

Classes for the 3rd year students of Agrarian Management Department have started in creative and interesting way.
Associate professors Tetiana Artiukh and Lyudmyla Butsenko held the “Marshmallow challenge" during the seminars on the discipline "Team management", where future managers acted as team players according to the task.
Such approach allowed the students to understand the importance and significance of teamwork, the responsibility of each team member in fulfilling the role which he had taken in order to achieve a common goal and effective teamwork.
Having divided into teams, within some limited time (18 minutes), students interacted actively, communicated to achieve a common goal - to build the highest tower, which will remain steadfastly.
Having completed the task, students discussed their impressions based on communication and interaction with each other. Everyone made a conclusion that "Safety in numbers", teamwork is important, it requires significant knowledge, competencies of its members to ensure effective team work and demands creativity in decision-making.
