Ukraine-USA: NUBiP has signed an agreement on cooperation with University of Louisiana
Our university delegation is in the United States of America on a business trip. The head of this delegation is Stanislav Nikolaienko. The goal of this trip is to share the experience in private-public partnership, to start the cooperation between universities and business, to develop of the interaction.
The authorities of our university visited our partner – University of Louisiana. Stanislav Nikolaienko, vice-president William Richardson and dean John Rusin signed an agreement on five-year cooperation. NUBiP of Ukraine did some successful projects with this university in the 90s of the 20th century. This agreement opens new possibilities for this cooperation.
Our delegation visited one out of 17 research stations of University of Louisiana, that is Hammond Research Station, Bracy’s Nurseries company, where our delegation learnt about the diversification of research to meet the demands of the market, and approaches to build an effective system of communications with business.
