Education. Studied at the Kiev Industrial College (was qualified accountant-financier), the National Agrarian University (was qualified economist-financier). In 2006 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on "Organizational-economic mechanism of investment in agriculture APC", specialty 08.07.02 - economics of agriculture and AIC. In 2012 the Ministry of Education and Science Lanchenko Y.O. awarded the rank of associate professor.
Employment. In 2003-2005. worked in the civil service in the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine controller-auditor of budget funds for agriculture development and environmental protection. Since April 2005 working at the Department of Economics of Labour and Social Development NULES.
Scientific research work. Studies of development of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector and in the countryside. Published over 90 scientific and educational works. There are heads of scientific themes of the initiative "Improving the social and labor relations in agriculture".

Teaching work. Preparation books, textbooks and guidance to the study subjects.

Educational Activities. There mentor students of the Faculty of Economics, conducts educational activities in the hostel number 10.

Courses are taught. Conducts lectures, seminars and practical training in "Labor Economics and Labor Relations" at the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agricultural Management and the Faculty of Information Technology; "Labor market" for students of Master in "Economics." There is supervisor of undergraduate and master's students work in economics.
