Today, the world-famous Tetra Tech Inc. and NULES of Ukraine have signed a memorandum of cooperation. It was signed by the rector of the university, Vadym Tkachuk, and the head of the Ukraine Support Office, Jeremy Simon Barlow. The purpose of the memorandum is to facilitate the restoration, reclamation and remediation of soils contaminated by military activity in Ukraine using high-tech solutions and competencies of Tetra Tech Inc.
The document provides for cooperation in educational work (conducting training activities for professional and practical training on the restoration of soils contaminated for the above-mentioned reason, organizing the educational process for students and teachers), scientific activities (scientific and scientific-practical research of technologies provided by Tetra Tech Inc., introduction of modern achievements of science and applied technologies of this company into the system of professional training of university specialists, involvement of Tetra Tech Inc. experts in scientific seminars, conferences, and other events).
