International activities


The faculty is a participant in the international DAAD program “Digitalization of Agricultural Education in Ukraine” and the joint Ukrainian-Norwegian project on environmental radioactivity. Thanks to cooperation with Wageningen University, 22 students completed internships abroad.

In 2021, the faculty submitted the “Horizon” project to the international collaboration (Spain, Italy, Sweden, France, Ukraine) on the topic “Development of mechanisms for the transition of an agricultural enterprise from traditional to agroecological production methods in the context of climate change”.

Education of foreign higher education applicants is carried out on general terms with additional training in the Ukrainian language according to a separate schedule. Foreign students study both in separate academic groups and are included in groups of Ukrainian students.

The faculty's tasks for active international cooperation:

  • systematically monitor the h-index according to Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar of each scientific and pedagogical employee of the faculty;
  • deepen and expand existing contacts with foreign partner universities, in particular with Wageningen University;
  • strengthen career guidance work to attract foreign students to study in specialty 162 "Biotechnology and Bioengineering";
  • activate the search for and receipt of international scientific grants under the European programs "Horizon Europe", Erasmus +, NATO "Science for Peace and Security".
