Visit of the scientific and pedagogical employees of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi to the Boyarka Professional College as part of career guidance work

On January 10, 2025, in order to conduct career guidance work among the applicants of higher education in the specialty 073 Management, associate professors of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Olga Gogulya and Viktoriia Sotnyk visited the Separated structural subdivision «Boyarka Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine».

During the meeting with college graduates, Olga Gogulya introduced them to the advantages and features of the educational, cultural, scientific and research, innovative, training and production activities of the University, focused the audience's attention on the indicators and places occupied by NULES of Ukraine in the rankings among HEIs in Kyiv and Ukraine, as well as the ranking of universities in the world, and informed them about the opportunities to prepare for the national multi-subject test at the University.

Continuing the presentation, Viktoriia Sotnyk told the students in detail about the Faculty of Agrarian Management, noting its competitive advantages, which make it possible to prepare highly qualified specialists in management and marketing who are in demand on the labor market. She noted that the Faculty of Agrarian Management of NULES of Ukraine, in the Forbes magazine rating, was among the 10 best faculties in management.
During a meeting with the students of the college, teachers of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi noted that among the priority opportunities which are available for the applicants of higher education of the NULES of Ukraine are the opportunity to obtain double diplomas from partner universities, to be an active participant in the event "Job Fair", where students have a good opportunity to get acquainted in more detail with the activities of leading companies, organizational formations of various spheres and industries, to receive advice from leading practitioners regarding employment, as well as to receive "fresh" information about open vacancies for employment.

The teachers of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi wished the current graduates – future applicants perseverance, determination, self-belief, balanced decisions and success in the process of choosing a future specialty, and also thanked the management and teachers of the Separated structural subdivision «Boyarka Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine» for their assistance and help in organizing the event.
