Participation of the applicants of higher education and young scientists in the 4th All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Actual issues of management theory and practice in the conditions of modern challenges"

To increase the efficiency and quality of scientific and practical research in the field of management by the applicants of higher education and young scientists, in-depth study of modern approaches to management, discussion of debatable issues regarding management decision-making in conditions of uncertainty, research on issues of innovative technologies in the management of enterprises on November 1, 2024 at the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, the 4th All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of the applicants of higher education and young scientists "Actual issues of management theory and practice in the conditions of modern challenges" was held.
The work of the conference was attended by both students and post-graduate students of NULES of Ukraine, as well as applicants of higher education from other higher education institutions in Ukraine, who shared the results of their research in the field of modern management development.
Anatolii Ostapchuk, dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, started the conference with a welcome speech, announcing the relevance of the topics and wishing all participants meaningful work and interesting discussions.

Head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Tatiana Balanovska also congratulated the participants of the conference and noted the extreme importance of holding such events among applicants of higher education and young scientists to share experience and jointly search for solutions on management issues.

At the conference, the participants presented interesting reports, the topics of which covered a wide range of issues, in particular: the influence of motivation and labor stimulation on increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise; effective conflict management in the organization; peculiarities of financial management of enterprises; peculiarities of the enterprise's product policy management; the role of marketing management in an agricultural enterprise; the role and importance of anti-crisis management in the activities of enterprises; the role of leadership in the enterprise management system, etc.

The high scientific level of the speakers and the active participation of all participants in discussions of the materials of the presented reports made it possible to find effective solutions in many topical issues related to the theory and practice of management in the conditions of modern challenges in Ukraine.

The organizing committee of the 4th All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of the applicants of higher education and young scientists "Actual issues of management theory and practice in the conditions of modern challenges" expresses sincere gratitude to the participants and their scientific supervisors for their contribution to the development of scientific research, the introduction of new ideas into management practice and invites to further cooperation.
