Defense of poster presentations by applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration"

Guided by the Regulations on the preparation of masters at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the Regulations on the preparation and defense of master's qualification work at NULES of Ukraine, the schedule of the educational process at the university, the requirements for the organization of the preparation and defense of master's qualification works, a poster presentation was held on November 20, 2024 at the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi. This event was held to present the research results of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education full-time study of specialty 073 “Management” of educational and professional program “Management of Organizations and Administration”. This event was an effective basis for sharing experiences, receiving constructive feedback and advice from academic staff.

First of all, the participants were greeted by Tetiana Balanovska, head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi. She explained in detail the main aspects and procedure for defending poster presentations. In her speech, Tatiana Balanovska also emphasized the importance of this event, which promotes the development of professional skills of the applicants of higher education and the ability to speak in public and confidently present their scientific results.

At the event, the applicants of higher education presented posters that focused the audience's attention on various aspects of management, such as: management of the enterprise competitiveness, making management decisions in the enterprise, management of the enterprise product policy, marketing management in the enterprise, logistics processes management in the enterprise, forming of organizational image, innovative activities management in the enterprise, digitalization of management in the enterprise, personnel motivation in the healthcare institutions activities.
It should be noted that the poster presentations based on the results of the master's qualification works make it possible to state that the works are written at a high professional level, based on materials from enterprises in various fields of activity. It is a positive aspect that every applicant of higher education was creative in solving the tasks in their master's thesis. Everyone used a variety of methodological approaches according to the research topic. Due to the experience of academic staff, applicants of higher education got practical advice regarding the logic of presentation and the importance of increasing the practical value of the results.
The results of the discussion of poster presentations were summarized. Lecturers of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi made a general conclusion: the defense of poster presentations is a good practical experience for applicants of higher education. This event helped to better prepare students for the next stage, the defense of master's theses.

The academic staff of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi congratulate the applicants of higher education on the successful defense of their poster presentations. The teachers are confident that students will be able to realize their potential under martial law in extremely difficult conditions. Students will be able to successfully defend their master's theses and form the basis for their further professional and scientific development.
