A job fair is the most effective way to find a job

The opportunity to communicate 'face-to-face' for students and potential employers is very important and helps job seekers navigate the prospects that open before them, and those looking for new employees – to assess the potential of candidates. That is, in the end, such contacts for young people are a necessary component of successfully building a career path, and for companies – an effective way to find qualified employees.

The event took place on October 8, 2024, in building 10 of the NULES of Ukraine. During the day, visitors to the fair, mostly students and graduates of the university, could familiarize themselves with leading Ukrainian and international companies, whose stands were placed at the locations of the university, receive advice from career consultants and answers to questions about available internship programs, internships and vacancies, visit workshops, master classes and trainings, take part in quizzes from companies, etc.

In general, during the Job Fair, trainings were organized by the companies "Silpo", "Vodafone", "Agrolandfarm" and others. Their topics were diverse and not necessarily tied to a specific company. For example, you can mention the following topics: "How to create a perfect resume?", "The importance of soft skills and why they are checked during an HR interview", "Your professional profile", "How to use Linkedin – one of the most effective ways to career development". In addition, all interested parties were given the opportunity to visit the most interesting companies for them, as well as to take an express interview with the HR manager of the selected structure.
