Research internship at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences

During December 2022 – January 2023 Head of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi Tetiana Balanovska completed a research internship under the Scholarship Program of the Polish National Commission for UNESCO at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) under the supervision of the Professor of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance, DSc, Professor Agata Malak-Rawlikowska.
Participation in the Program gave an opportunity to get acquainted and thoroughly work with the databases of the Main Library of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the curricula of bachelor's and master's programs in the specialty "Management", the educational program at the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
During the internship, Tetiana Balanovskahad meetings with the Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance, DSc, Professor Mariusz Maciejczak, the Director of the Management Institute, DSc, Professor Joanna Paliszkiewicz, the Head of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises of the Institute of Economics and Finance DSc, Professor Henrik Runovski and other scientific and pedagogical workers of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, at which they discussed possible directions of further cooperation, conducting scientific research and the issue of training applicants of higher education.
At the meeting of the Institute of Management, Tetiana Balanovska familiarized her Polish colleagues with the structure and main areas of activity of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, in particular the Faculty of Agrarian Management and the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi, which caused a lively discussion, interest and exchange of opinions.
During the internship, Tetiana Balanovska took part in various events organized by structural units of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as other organizations, including the III International Conference "Logistics Challenges in the Modern World" (Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Institute of Economics and Finance, Department of Logistics), seminar "Street People as a Social Problem" (Institute of Rural Development and Agriculture of the Polish Academy of Sciences), meeting with Professor Lukasz Hardt regarding the presentation of the book "Essay on Monetary Policy in a Period of Uncertainty" (Warsaw University, Faculty of Economic Sciences), exhibition Solar Energy Expo (Ptak Warsaw Expo).
