On January 17, 2023, at a meeting of the one-time specialized scientific council of RSVR 002, the defense of the dissertations of the winners of the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology of Animals named after Academician M.F. Guly applied for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 21 "Veterinary Medicine" and specialty 211 "Veterinary Medicine".

Scientific supervisor - Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Valentin Ivanovych KARPOVSKY, Professor of the Department of Animal Biochemistry and Physiology named after Academician M. F. Guly of the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine.
STUDENT Artemiy Andreyovych on the topic: "Indicators of protein metabolism in the body of chickens at different tones of the autonomic nervous system."
Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor TROKOZ Victor Oleksandrovych, Professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology of Animals named after Academician M. F. Guly of the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine.
The meeting was chaired by the chairman of the board – Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, associate professor Tetyana Anatolyivna MAZURKEVICH, associate professor of the department of anatomy, histology and pathomorphology of animals named after academician V. G. Kasyanenko of the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine.

Kasyanenko of the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, official opponents, well-known scientists in the field of animal physiology and veterinary medicine, doctor of veterinary Sciences, Professor of the Department of Animal Physiology and Biochemistry of the State Biotechnological University Olga MykolaivnaBobrytska;Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Physiology, Animal Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics of the Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University Dmytro Mykolayovych Masyuk, and Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Normal and Pathological Physiology named after S. V. Stoyanovsky, Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology S. Z. Gzhitskyi Iryna Anatoliivna Kolomiets.
Opponents in their speeches emphasized the relevance of the works, their novelty, scientific and practical significance. Applicants at a high scientific level gave substantive answers to all comments.
It was established that Shnurenko E.O. and Studenok A.A. deserve to be awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of knowledge 21 "Veterinary Medicine" and specialty 211 "Veterinary Medicine".
