The Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy participated in the international webinar held at the University of Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)
On November 3, 2021, an international scientific-practical webinar “Entrepreneurship in the cross-cultural dimension” was held at the University of Kuala Lumpur - Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) - (Malaysia) in collaboration with Teknoputra and MARA Corporation.
Oksana Chaika, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy, represented NUBiP of Ukraine as a guest speaker of the panel council together with Mr Kah Yee Eg, Honorary President of the Chinese Foreign Association in Hong Kong, Founder and Chairman of the Board of UCrest Berhad - a leading provider of the most advanced Cloud Hospital and mobile health services .
The main focus of the webinar was cultural interactions in entrepreneurship.
Oksana Chaika introduced an integrated approach to the analysis of the state and prospects of entrepreneurial activity through the prism of cognitive and psycho-emotional perception of business and the entrepreneur.
Mr Kah Yee Eg shared his experience of participating in intercultural business activities.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Norhairi bin Ahmad. After a panel discussion and Q&A session, Dr. Ts. Hjh. Zawiah Abdul Majid, a senior lecturer at the Business School of the University of Kuala Lumpur, introduced everyone to the history and mission of the university and invited the participants to promote future cooperation between the institutions.
