MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE SCIENTIFIC DNA LEADER CLUB
Research Focus of the Club:
The activities of the student research club are aimed at developing students’ creative abilities in order to acquire professional, personal, and cognitive competencies, as well as experience in gaining knowledge and skills through conducting research.
Strategic Development Directions:
- improvement of the knowledge and skills of club members in the learning process;
- practical application of skills acquired through cooperation with practitioners (including field-based classes, excursions, and seminars);
- promotion of the Department, Faculty, and University;
- establishing connections for cultural exchange and scientific cooperation with other universities and international partners.
Students who attend the meetings of the student scientific club have a unique opportunity to:
1) become familiar with the principles, methods, and tools of scientific and research work;
2) participate in the scientific life of NULES of Ukraine (writing articles, conference abstracts, research papers and publishing in various scientific editions);
3) develop their creative abilities by presenting at scientific seminars and conferences devoted to the study of the most pressing issues in management development;
4) take part in round tables and debates focused on current challenges of modern management at the regional, national, and global levels;
5) apply the acquired research experience in the learning process.
Meetings of the student scientific club are conducted by academic staff of the Department who have extensive teaching and research experience.
During club meetings, students refine their knowledge, research outcomes, and skills in organizing and presenting their work using modern technologies through poster presentations. These activities help develop leadership qualities and professional communication skills.
