In 2007, he graduated from the National Agrarian University with a degree in Land Management and Cadastre and received a Master's degree in Land Management and Cadastre;

In 2016, he completed the course "Spatial Cadastral Information Systems for Spatial Data Infrastructure" at Vancouver Island University (Canada);

In 2017, he completed the course "Spatial Modeling and Applications for Spatial Data Infrastructure" at Vancouver Island University (Canada);

In 2018, he completed the course "Web GIS and Geoportals for Spatial Data Infrastructure" at Vancouver Island University;

Certified land survey engineer, land valuation expert, GIS analyst, certified business analyst in information technology.

The main areas of scientific, scientific-organizational, teaching and practical activities are geoinformation systems in the field of land relations and land valuation, business analytics in information technologies, spatial modeling of land management processes, risk assessment in land use, development of land management working projects for the reclamation of disturbed lands and land reclamation of low-productive lands, development of industry standards, support of geoinformation cadastral systems, land resources management at the local and regional levels, management of scientific and research works and projects in the field of environmental economics, project management for the creation and support of municipal information systems, creation and management of cadastral databases, creation of geospatial data infrastructure. Scientific developments have found extremely wide implementation in regulatory legal acts regulating land relations in Ukraine, in particular, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.11.2021 No. 1147 “On Approval of the Methodology for the Normative Monetary Valuation of Land Plots”, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.25.2007 No. 963 “On Approval of the Methodology for Determining the Amount of Damage Caused as a Result of Unauthorized Occupation of Land Plots, Use of Land Plots for Other Purposes, Removal of Soil Cover (Fertile Soil Layer) Without Special Permit”, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.17.2008 No. 1098 “On Determining the Amount of Damage Caused as a Result of Failure to Carry Out Recultivation Works on Disturbed Lands”. Co-developer of land use and protection programs within the Kyiv region.
