Open Door Day at the department of management and educational technologies
On May 13, 2020, the department of management and educational technologies of the faculty for humanities and pedagogics of NULES of Ukraine traditionally welcomed guests during the Open Door Day. Despite the fact that in modern realities and conditions of quarantine, this holiday was organized in an unusual online mode, it was attended by more than 55 participants, most of whom were graduates of secondary, vocational and pre-professional higher education.
At the beginning of the event, the head of the department Serhiy Kubitskyi addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. Against the background of pre-prepared presentation materials, he acquainted all present with the purpose, main activities of the department and its scientific and pedagogical staff, which provides training for two educational and professional programs - "Personnel management" and "Educational establishment management" specialty 073 "Management» of the knowledge area 07 "Management and administration".

Later in the presentation, associate professors Lyudmyla Bilan and Vasyl Bazelyuk told in more detail about the head of the educational institution and HR-manager. Using structural and logical schemes of undergraduate training in two educational and professional programs - "Personnel management" and "Educational establishment management" of specialty 073 "Management" in the knowledge area 07 "Management and administration", revealed their specifics and features, as well as named the disciplines taught by research and teaching staff in graduation department.
Oksana Honcharuk, deputy executive secretary of the admissions committee, presented the rules of admission and conditions of admission to study at NULES of Ukraine in 2020.
Hennadiy Rzhevskyi, director of the TSC of educational work and social development, addressed the entrants with a welcoming speech from the rector's office, who revealed in detail the features and benefits of studying at NULES of Ukraine.
Conditions of self-development, organization of practical training, internship abroad and prospects for employment of graduates were revealed by associate professor Tamara Kovalchuk.
Motives of choice and impressions from studying at the department of management and educational technologies of the faculty for humanities and pedagogics of NULES of Ukraine in videos were shared by graduates of the department Oksana Kozoriz, Anna Butova, Alina Kutsa and Inna Balas).
Current masters (Tetyana Sinyogub, Marharyta Vynohradova, Maryna Mahei, Yuliya Tyshkovets) and graduate students of the department (Serhiy Mykhniuk, Lyudmyla Miskevych) also actively and emotionally joined the Open Door Day.
Victoria Zozulevych, who plans to enter the educational and professional program "Personnel management" this year, addressed the entrants in a candid interview.
Throughout the meeting, all colleagues promptly provided answers to questions that applicants had the opportunity to ask in the chat.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the department Serhiy Kubitskyi addressed ambitious, purposeful, sociable and responsible young people who want a fast career and continuous professional growth in management positions, hoping that they will be able to make the right choice and choose educational programs - "Personnel management" and "Educational establishment management" of specialty 073 "Management" of knowledge area 07 "Management and administration".
