The clinic was founded on the basis of the rectorate’s decision and upon the rector’s decree №:106 dated 14.02. 2002.

   The clinic provides educational process of scientific specialty “veterinary medicine” in accordance with The training programs for the specialists of education and qualification programs “bachelor” and “master” degrees, development of scientific recommendations and their implementation in practice of veterinary medicine.

   The clinic was established to approach the practical training of students to the working conditions and to attract extra-budgetary resources through the provision of educational, research, advertising, diagnostic, medical, and prophylactic services.

   The clinic is directly submitted to the director the education and research institute of veterinary medicine, quality and safety of animal products.

   The clinic’s activity is regulated by the law of ukraine "on veterinary medicine" №:2498-хп dated 25.06.1992, decrees of the president of ukraine, the resolutions of the cabinet of ministers of ukraine, the regulations of the ministry of education and science, youth and sports of ukraine, the regulations of the ministry of agrarian policy and food of ukraine, the decrees of the rector of the university, the conditions about the clinic, the orders of the director of the education and research institute, own stamp and steal are permitted.
