Graduate of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages named after F. Engels. In 2001-2005, he studied at the postgraduate school of the Central Institute of Pedagogical Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
Thesis for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences on the topic ‘Formation of research skills of heads of general education institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education’ in the speciality 13.00.04 - Theory and methods of professional education. Defended on 20 February 2009 at a meeting of the Specialised Academic Council K 26.455.01 at the State Higher Educational Institution ‘University of Education Management’ of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
