Improving the qualification of scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi

From June 5 to 9, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi – Head of the Department Tetiana Balanovska, Associate Professor Olga Gogulya, Senior Lecturer Alona Zorhach, Assistant Viktoriia Holik – completed internships within the framework of the Twinning project "Capacity building of Ukrainian researchers for sustainable livelihoods: socio-economic development" of the cooperation of the National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine with the University of Reading (Great Britain).
The director of the Institute of International Development, Agriculture and Economics (GIIDAE) of the University of Reading, Dr. Sara Cardi, the manager of global partnerships of the University of Reading, Emma Beshitza, and the Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and International Communication of the National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine, Alla Kravchenko, presented the universities and outlined opportunities for cooperation.
The project envisages various types of partnership: the development of the scientific capabilities of the scientific and pedagogical staff, the organization of summer schools, short-term teacher training courses, student and teacher exchange programs under bilateral agreements between universities, online webinars, meetings, etc.
The internship program was full of interesting reports, work in groups where the scientific interests of the scientific and pedagogical staff were discussed, ideas for new projects and other types of cooperation were formed.
The employees of the department are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to participate in the international project and hope for further fruitful cooperation.
