Research work
Research in the area of “Developing of therapeutic and preventive measures for internal diseases of young animals caused by violation of biogeocenosis” of the Department of therapy and сlinical diagnostics carried out under the national sectoral science-technical program “Animal health and safety of animal products” by section 102.04. “Exploring of the complex pathology of metabolism in ruminants in disturbance of ecosystems and developing means and methods of restoring physiological functions”.
Now researches of the department are carried out in such directions :
- establishing of the molecular mechanisms of formation of functional activity in the gut of animals in the early postnatal period of ontogenesis at norm and at pathology
- development of methods for early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of domestic non-communicable diseases, including metabolic pathology in animals
- early diagnosis and prevention of metabolic disorders in organism of small domestic animals
- investigation of the role of natural resistance in the pathogenesis of the treatment and prevention of animal diseases, especially in newborns
- investigation the molecular mechanisms of formation of immunoresistant status of organism of newborn animals
- development of new therapeutic and preventive preparations with immunostimulatory effect, created on the basis of biogenic compounds of microelements
- investigation the functional state of sport horses and developing methods of rehabilitation after intensive exercises
- development of methods, devices and equipment for remote diagnostics of clinical indicators in animals
- development of methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of internal diseases using the latest technologies in veterinary medicine.
