In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Mykolaiv State Agrarian Academy (now Mykolaiv National Agricultural University), receiving a master's degree in zooengineering.
Postgraduate student, assistant, associate professor, doctoral student at the Department of Animal Production Technology of Mykolaiv National Agricultural University. Since 2011, he has been an associate professor, from 2017-2019, he has been the head of the Department of Animal Production Technology of Mykolaiv National Agricultural University, from 2020-2025, he has been the head of the Department of Technologies in Poultry, Pig and Sheep Breeding of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Aquatic Bioresources of the National University of Life Sciences of Ukraine.
Since 2025, he has been the acting head of the Department of Technologies in Animal Husbandry.
Author and co-author of more than 207 scientific and methodological works, including 7 monographs, 2 textbooks on the technology of pig production. The results of the developments are protected by 15 declaratory patents of Ukraine for utility models and 3 copyright certificates.
He defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Formation of productive qualities of pigs of specialized meat genotypes during purebred breeding and crossing" in the specialty 06.02.01 - animal breeding and selection in 2006 at the Kherson State Agrarian University (Kherson). He defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Substantiation, development and implementation of intensive technological solutions in pig farming" in the specialty 06.02.04 - technology of production of livestock products in 2016 at the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University. The direction of scientific activity is the study and development of modern, innovative technologies for equipping pig farms with equipment from leading domestic and world manufacturers, feeding pigs of different sex and age groups, breeding management of the pig industry and productive qualities of the main breeds of pigs of the meat direction of productivity (Durok, Pietren, Landrace, Ukrainian meat, modern commercial genotypes - Maxter, Kantor, Maxgro, Alba). Responsible executor of scientific research on the topics: "Improvement and implementation of innovative technological solutions to increase the production of pig products" (state registration number 0112U007742); "Implementation of innovative technologies for pork production based on a promising gene pool of domestic and foreign origin" (state registration number 0116U004760); "Scientific substantiation and development of new methods for determining breeding value and early prediction of productivity of farm animals" (state registration number 0117U000485); "Increasing meat productivity of pigs and sheep based on innovative technological and breeding solutions" (state registration number 0119U001042), which were financed from the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine.
