According to the Decree about Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences Awards “For outstanding achievements in agricultural science" in 2009 was declared a competition for awards.
According to the Decree of the Presidium of Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences from February 24, 2010 Prize awarded:
- The cycle of scientific works "Selection of field crops for adaptive capacity increasing " - Academician of UAAS V.V. Kirichenko, PhD in Agriculture P.P. Litun, Corresponding- Member of UAAS V. P. Petrenkova, PhD in Agriculture V.P. Kolomakska (nominated by the Institute of Plant Growing name after V.Ya. Yuriev of UAAS);
- The cycle of scientific works "Selection-genetic and biotechnological basis of hop plant productivity increasing” (HUMULUS LUPULUS L.) in Ukraine" - Corresponding- Member of UAAS M.D. Melnychuk, Academician of UAAS A.L. Boyko, Corresponding- Member of NASU І.P. Grygoryuk, Doctor in Engineering V.О. Dubrovin, PhD in Agriculture М.Yo.Zagrafova (nominated by National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and Taras Shevchenko University);
- For research and development of a project " Cryo preservation of gametes and embryos of animals” - PhD in Agriculture L.B. Gorbunova, PhD in Biology А.S.Saliniy,Doctor in Biology L.P.Buchatskiy (nominated by Institute of Animal Husbandry of UAAS);
- For textbook (for higher educational institutions of ІІІ-IV accreditation level by direction 1305 – veterinary medicine) " Operational surgery, anesthesiology, and topographic anatomy" in two parts – Academician of UAAS V.М.Vlasenyuk, PhD in Veterinary Medicine L.А.Tychonyuk, Corresponding-Member of UAAS М.V. Rublenko (nominated by Bilotserkva National Agricultural University);
- For scientific work "Recourse saving technologies in agricultural water systems” – Doctor in Engeneering P.D. Khoruzhyi, PhD in Engineering T.P. Khomutetskiy, Doctor in Engineering V.P.
