Delegation from the United States of America to NUBiP: day three

An agreement of understanding was signed by NUBiP with the non-profit corporation AI for Good Foundation and Afina Cultivian Holdings LLC (USA). On the Ukrainian side, it was signed by the rector of the University Vadym TKACHUK and the head of the Institute of geopolitics and strategic management, professor of the department of administrative management and foreign economic activity Vitaliy SKOTSYK, on the American side — representatives of the non-profit corporation AI for Good Foundation James HODSON and Afina Cultivian Holdings LLC David GODFREY-THOMAS.

Therefore, our new partners visited the Ukrainian laboratory of quality and safety of agricultural products and got acquainted with its capabilities. In particular, the guests were introduced to the order acceptance sector, the department for monitoring the safety of agricultural products, the department for monitoring the quality of agricultural products, the department for molecular biological research, the department for microbiological research and the department for monitoring soils and agricultural resources. And, of course, the famous Ukrainian Research Institute of agricultural radiology, whose work on overcoming the consequences of the Chernobyl accident is taken into account by the whole world.

And the final location was the Boyarska forest Experimental Station (which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year) with its training, research and production center and plant biotechnology laboratory.
