Educational programs are a system of educational components at the appropriate level of higher education within the specialty, which determine the requirements for the level of education of persons who can start studying under such programs, the list of academic disciplines and the logical sequence of their study, the number of ECTS credits required for their implementation, and as well as the expected learning outcomes (competencies) which must be mastered the applicants of appropriate degree of higher education.
The educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration" is aimed at providing fundamental theoretical and practical training specialists capable of solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks in the field of management of the organization and its departments. The program will promote the formation of masters of business qualities, professionalism, creativity, entrepreneurship, independence in the process of development and decision-making, organization, and willingness to work in a dynamic highly competitive environment.
The purpose of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration" is the formation of highly qualified and creative specialists in the field of management of various spheres of business entities of all organizational and legal forms in accordance with the needs of the national economy.

Among the features of educational and professional program are that the program provides a mandatory condition for the completion of educational and industrial practice in organizations of various forms of ownership and organizational and legal forms of management, production and non-production spheres of the economy, in state administration and local self-government bodies; higher education seekers are participants in international mobility.
Normative components of the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" are the following educational disciplines: Business Management, Psychology Management, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility of Business, Research Methodology, Enterprise Competitiveness Management, Contract Law, Modern Management Concepts, Project Management in Organizations, Quality Management.
Selective components of the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" of the student's free choice by specialty are divided into two blocks. This feature of the EPP, and in this its uniqueness, gives the opportunity to obtain management education of the second (master's) level not only to specialists who have a basic higher education in related specialties, but also the bachelors in power engineering, electrical engineering and electro mechanics to receive appropriate professional training in energy management.
Every year, with the purpose of improvement, the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" is updated, which is preceded by a detailed analysis of the training plans of management specialists of leading universities in Europe (for example, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Warsaw, Poland; the Lyon Institute of IAE in Lyon (Jean Moulin University Management School), France; Slovak University of Agriculture, Nitra) and Ukraine (https://nubip.edu.ua/node/90941; https://nubip.edu.ua/node/107676).
About the effectiveness of training the applicants of higher education of the EPP "Management of Organizations and Administration" testify the results of certifications held at the meetings of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi in accordance with the university documents (https://nubip.edu.ua/node/109905). During this meeting students of full-time and part-time forms of higher education report on the state of implementation of the planned types of work specified in their individual study plans.
The successful defense of the master's qualification theses by the applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty "Management" and the awarding of the educational degree "Master" substantiates the relevance and feasibility of the educational and professional program "Management of Organizations and Administration", motivates the project group and the entire team of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi to further meaningful improvement of the EPP, taking into account the modern realities of the labor market in Ukraine and abroad.
