Stage 1 of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the subject of ‘Agrochemistry’

On 24 March 2026, the O.I. Dushechkin Department of Agrochemistry and Crop Quality hosted the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the subject of ‘Agrochemistry’ for undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Agrobiology. The event was an important part of the educational process and was aimed at improving the quality of student training, developing their professional competencies and stimulating interest in specialist subjects.


Dmytro LITVINOV, Head of the Department of Agrochemistry and Crop Quality, welcomed the participants of the competition; the event organisers, Associate Professors Oleg HRYSHCHENKO, Nadiya BORDYUZA and Ihor BORDYUZA, also addressed the gathering.

77 participants from the Faculty of Agrobiology and Tetyana Kuchera, a third-year student in Group 3 of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Biotechnology and Ecology, demonstrated a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Agrochemistry, confirming the high standard of their professional training.

The first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad is a key component of the educational process, helping to develop competitive professionals and ensuring that students are prepared to take part in the subsequent stages of the Olympiad.


The winners of the competition have been announced as follows:

1st place – Alisa YAKOVENKO (2nd year, Group 7),

Kateryna KARPENKO (3rd year, Group 6);

2nd place – Kirill MIKHNOVSKYI (2nd year, Group 7);

3rd place – Veronika KUTCHERUK (4th year, Group 9).

We are proud of their professionalism, skill and determination in achieving their goals, and wish them continued success and new achievements.
