INTERNSHIP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NATURAL SCIENCES (LUBLIN, POLAND)

International internships are one of the main forms of professional development for the staff of the Faculty of Livestock Rising and Water Bioresources of NULES of Ukraine. Nataliia RUDYK-LEUSKA, the Head of the Hydrobiology and Ichthyology department, have completed an internship at the Department of Hydrobiology and Ecosystem Protection of the University of Natural Sciences (Lublin, Poland) in December according to the Rector's order.

The main goal of the international internship was to compare pedagogical experience and get acquainted with the latest achievements of science, prospects for its development, intended for specialists training for the specialty 207 - "Water bioresources and aquaculture".

N. Rudyk-Leuska got acquainted with the educational and professional programs of the I, II levels of higher education and the disciplines that students take at the University of Natural Sciences in Lublin

Nataliia Rudyk-Leuska attended the lectures of Professor Tomas Mechan, and the laboratory and practical classes of PhD Jacek Rehulich during her internship.

The approaches to educational and methodical work for students were compared. It was important to get acquainted with the use of methods in scientific research as well.

It was extremely interesting to look at the structure and execution of students' master's theses, as well as the scientific works of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education.

Nataliia Rudyk-Leuska got acquainted with educational and scientific laboratories and their scientific research directions of main specialists.

Colleagues from the Department of Hydrobiology and Ecosystem Protection additionally presented new scientific literature on the specialty "Aquatic Bioresources and Aquaculture".

In conclusion, Nataliiya Rudyk-Leuska, the Head of the Department of Hydrobiology and Ichthyology of the NULES of Ukraine, received a certificate of professional development and an invitation to scientific cooperation.
