General Information
The department provides professional training of students widely implementing projects and dissertations design of computer usage . This is primarily a program of study and modes of units of the machine and tractor fleet and agricultural enterprises , defining performance machine, tractor units and vehicles.
The main Department objectives:
- Formation in students professional approach to training, professional knowledge and skills at the level of state educational standards;
- Creating programs of subjects and teaching methods based on modern pedagogical research technologies;
- Widely usage of modern teaching technologies;
- Improvement of methods of laboratory and practical classes according to the modern development of agricultural machinery and course and diploma projects in accordance with the basic enterprises’ requirements ;
- Development of electronic courses for independent work.
Research work of the department aims to improve the structure of machines and tractors for farms of Chernihiv region , improve systems of machines for agricultural production in agricultural enterprises of Chernihiv region , development of business plans for new technologies of cultivation and harvesting of crops , introduction of energy saving technologies , development of complex machinery for vegetables growing of open and closed soils; implementation of soil technologies.
