A special day – the beginning of the new academic year!

August 14, 2023 will be etched in the memory of first-year studentsas a special day – the beginning of a new academic year, because with it’s start, an eventful, interesting path to new knowledge and independent life opens. The event began with the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine by all present, a moment of silence was observed in memory of the fallen Heroes. Even in the conditions of war, training continues, which means that obtaining a quality education gives us an understanding of what we are defending and the opportunity to rebuild Ukraine after the Victory.
Anatolii Ostapchuk, dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, traditionally addressed the first-year students with a welcome speech, noting that the educational process is organized at a high level for university students, training and production practices at domestic enterprises, as well as abroad, training at the military department, active sports and cultural and mass life; meetings with business representatives, employers, guest lectures by foreign colleagues are constantly held. The heads of departments of the faculty also joined in the welcome speech. The speakers wished the students success in their studies, achieving their goals, obtaining new theoretical and practical knowledge, bright and unforgettable student years and a peaceful sky.
During the event, first-year students solemnly read the Student Oath of NULES of Ukraine and swore to fulfill all the specified points during their studies at the university.
After the official part, the mentor of the 4th group of the first-year students, Mariana Dobrivska, held a meeting with the group, where everyone had the opportunity to ask questions about the organization of the educational process, as well as share their first impressions. So, we congratulate the students on the beginning of the new academic year! Peaceful sky, good luck, creative success, inspired work! Let this academic year be full of interesting discoveries and achievements!
