On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi held The Ukrainian scientific and practical student conference "Actual issues of theory and practice of management" which was dedicated to the 94th anniversary of the birth of the founder of the department J. S. Zavadskyi.

A.D. Ostapchuk noted the extraordinary relevance of such events among students. Не wished all conference participants a rich and fruitful work, interesting reports and active discussion.
The head of the Department wished the conference participants interesting scientific discoveries. She presented the history of the department's development and the life path of J.S. Zavadskyi.
The first speaker was a third-year student of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, the head of "The leader DNA " Tamila Prokopyshyna reported : "Formation of the image of the enterprise." The speaker substantiated the concept of the image and its impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise, noted the importance and process of its formation.
Special attention was paid to the problem of corporate culture formation in the enterprise.
With interest the conference participants listened to the speech of Olga Goloviy "Management of organic production". The report considered the advantages of introducing organic production in Ukraine, defined the current state of management of organic production, and described the reasons that impede the production of organic products.
Reports on the topics: "Marketing management in the enterprise" (Julia Kovbel), "Time management: essence and importance" (Veronika Marchenko), "Modern technologies of personnel management of the enterprise" (Yana Zadorozhna), "Motivation of employees in the organization" (Maria Belozersky), "Management of the enterprise in crisis conditions" (Andrey Lytvynenko) were of great interest.
Many issues were raised during the discussion regarding the current trends in theory and practice of management; strategic management and marketing in enterprises; innovative tools for managing logistics activities of enterprises; modern approaches in HR management.
According to the results of the event the organizing committee decided to note the best speakers and their research. Thus, the winners of the conference were:
1st place – Tamila Prokopyshyna, Olga Goloviy.
2nd place – Victoria Ivashchuk, Iryna Mazur, Maria Belozersky.
3rd place – Yana Zadorozhnya, Yuliia Kovbel, Marchenko Veronika, Andriy Lytvynenko.
The Organizing Committee expresses its sincere gratitude to all participants for participating in the Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Student Conference "Topical Issues of Management Theory and Practice" and invites to further cooperation.
