Department of Management named after prof. J. Zavadsky has opened the door for future students!

   Dean's office Faculty of Agrarian Management and staff of Department, admission committee NUBIP of Ukraine, student self-government, military department, departments of physical education and cultural studies welcomed schoolchildren, college graduates, their parents and teachers within the open day webinar. Interest in the event was considerable there were even collective inclusions student classes and student groups of professional colleges. In total, about 160 guests were registered.

   Dean of the Faculty Anatolii Ostapchuk congratulated the guests and then alternately presented the main important aspects of the activity in the context of educational, scientific, practical training, students training , international cooperation and the availability of double diploma programs, logistical support, rich cultural and sports life of students. The capacities of the Faculty fully meet the requirements for ensuring the necessary competencies of a modern effective manager.

   Convincing arguments in favor of studying at the Faculty of Agrarian Management NUBiP of Ukraine led the head of the Department Management named after prof. J. Zavadsky Professor Tetiana Balanovska. She introduced the guests of the event to the team of highly qualified academic staff.

   Associate Professor of the Department Olexander Novak told about the work of the department also an important characteristic of the educational process is an open dialogue between teachers and students, where issues are discussed from different perspectives, and the student's opinion is always valuable and worthy of attention. The same approach to interaction remains outside the classroom in fact every employee of the department is a mentor to the academic group of students and therefore they are often together in the stadium and on the stage, in the museum and in the theater.

    The detailed conditions for admission to the specialty "Management" were revealed by the representative of the admission committee NUBIP of Ukraine Oleksiy Solomka. The guests of the event learned about the list of competitive subjects, passing points in disciplines and the list of documents required for admission and other details.

   The head of the career guidance associate professor of the Department Anna Slobodianyk started a series of open lectures OPEN FAM where students can get equated the most relevant and interesting questions that will be discussed in more detail during their studies at the university.

   The head of the Department of Physical Education Mykola Kostenko invited to sports clubs and sections of the University. NUBIP of Ukraine is proude an excellent material sports base like halls, playgrounds and stadiums not only within the sports corps but also throughout the campus allow amateurs to maintain themselves in good physical shape and achieve true champion achievements for those who dream of a sports career. And what is important is that it can be done without interruption from vocational training and under the guidance of existing athletes - coaches Department of Physical Education NUBIP of Ukraine.

    The head of Berezil Folk Theater Natalia Titenko also seduced the participants of the webinar to join the art within the walls of the university. After all every student has the opportunity to take part not only in theatrical performances but also in numerous musical, dance and vocal groups. An important annual event within the walls of the University is the international festival "Golosiivska Vesna", where each department of the University presents its creative achievements. By the way, the Faculty of Agrarian Management is winner of this prestigious competition.

   Viktor Bezginov in the mode of short streaming video demonstrated the material and technical base of his unit and emphasized the convenience and quality of training as evidenced by the popularity of the department among students of many higher education unions of Ukraine, which annually trains several hundred reserve officers.

   Gorb Victoria noted that she thanks to the latest teaching methods, practical examples and sometimes even the game form of learning, complex information is absorbed quite easily and quickly. Staff of the Department successfully helps ambitious prospective students to reveal all these qualities and succeed in professional and personal life. Victoria told about her own experience, when the professional knowledge and special type of thinking formed during the training helped to get a good job as a manager in an international company.

   Alumnus of the Faculty of Agrarian Management 2002 Oles Kapitanchuk spoke in detail about the requirements of modern employers. The knowledge gained at the faculty, active life position, knowledge of English and innate leadership qualities allowed him to become a director and co-founder TOLSMA UKRAINE LLC.

   We are sincerely grateful to the speakers, listeners for their attention and of course to their teachers who joined the spreading information about the event among their students contributed to creating conditions for our meeting.
