Using innovative methods when teaching the discipline "Project Management in an Organization"

In the educational process at the Faculty of Agrarian Management, teachers of the Department of Management named after Professor J. S. Zavadskyi apply various approaches and methods to teaching disciplines, in particular interactive classes, master classes, intellectual business games, which are a guarantee of students receiving high-quality modern education and comprehensive theoretical and practical training.

On February 25, applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education of the educational and professional program "Management of Organization and Administration" held a practical class of the discipline "Project Management in Organizations" using the case method. Multimedia technologies and appropriate software were used during the class. Students performed the case "Drawing up a financial plan for a business project", within which they learned to form a marketing and production program for the project, estimate the costs and revenues associated with its implementation. Based on the results of the practical class, the masters mastered the methodology for calculating the amount of cash flows, determining the investment needs of the project and the sources of their provision.

The introduction of modern teaching methods, information and communication technologies, and electronic content into the educational process by the department's staff is result-oriented – to contribute to the formation of general and professional competencies of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education.
