International webinar “Current competitive themes of project applications for 2022 in the direction of cluster 6: "Food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and the environment (including relevant missions and partnerships)” at NUBiP of Ukraine
The National Contact Point "Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and the Environment (including relevant missions and partnerships)" of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, https://nubip.edu.ua/horizon2020, participated in the International webinar "Current competitive topics of project applications for 2022 in the direction of cluster 6:" Food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and the environment (including relevant missions and partnerships)” that was organised with the participation of the NCP of the Republic of Poland and took place on November 23, 2021.
Head of the Education and Research Center for International Activities, Oleksander Labenko, and Head of NCP “Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment (including related missions and partnerships)” of NUBiP of Ukraine, Liliia Kalachniuk delivered welcoming and concluding speeches to the participants.
Bozena Podlaska (the National Center for Research and Development, National Contact Point Department, Warsaw, Poland) made the first report on “Horizon Europe, Cluster 6 “Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and the Environment. Project Applications for 2022 and how to achieve success”. The speaker presented relevant web sources that contain the information on each Horizon Europe competition in 2022, and described the possibilities of an organised approach to formation of project applications and partner search.
The second report on “The right choice of partners is the key to the success of the project application” was delivered by Lilia Kalachnyuk (Head of the NCP of NUBiP of Ukraine). It covered various ways of finding both partners and project coordinators of Horizon Europe projects, and contained the web links to platforms for finding project partners and recommendations for their use.
In an open discussion “Projects. Opportunities and Prospects” Maria Galaburda (Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor of Professor Anton Skorokhodko Department of Veterinary Hygiene, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine) made a presentation “Experience of the EU project in higher education” devoted to her experience of participation in the selection of project applications, conducting project tasks and preparing reporting.
Participants of the international webinar actively used the chat to clarify the rising questions.
