During the visits, modern scientific approaches to research in the field of animal husbandry and aquatic bioresources were presented, as well as prospects for the development of joint scientific projects, participation in international grant programs and expansion of academic mobility were discussed.
The key part of the visit was teaching. Within Erasmus + (staff Mobility for Teaching), the associate professor Mykhailo MATVEEV conducted a series of lectures in English for students and teachers of the Mendel V.M. University in the city of Brno.
The lectures covered topical issues of industry development:
Current State of Animal Husbandry in Ukraine — analysis of the current state of animal husbandry in Ukraine, challenges and development prospects;

Digital Solutions in Animal Husbandry — use of digital technologies, automation of production processes and implementation of modern IT solutions.

During the classes, the Ukrainian experience of animal husbandry was presented, which contributed to an active professional dialogue. The participants discussed modern European approaches to production efficiency, animal welfare and innovative development of the industry.

The visit was an important step in strengthening international cooperation, expanding professional contacts and setting the stage for further joint initiatives.
Participation in the Erasmus+ (staff Mobility for Teaching) Program contributes to the integration of the university into the European educational space and improving the quality of educational and scientific processes.
We sincerely thank our colleagues from Mendel University in Brno for their hospitality, openness to cooperation and fruitful exchange of experience!
