November 21, 2023, the Examination Commission for the defense of Master's qualification works of the full-time higher education applicants of the Educational and Professional Program «Management of Organizations and Administration»Specialty 073 «Management» began its work.
Larisa Karpenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Management, addressed those present with a congratulatory speech. She read the order on the appointment of the Examination Commission, introduced the Head of the Commission, members of the Commission, and wished the applicants of higher education a successful defense.
The applicants of higher education presented the results of hard work during the entire period of study under the guidance of experienced teachers of the Department. In particular, their acquisition of professional competencies, the ability to process scientific literature, substantiate the results of their own research, and formulate conclusions and proposals was demonstrated. All students demonstrated a high level of theoretical and practical training, applied modern scientific approaches, and presented the results of qualification works at a high level.
Master's qualification works of higher education applicants were completed on relevant topics, which are devoted to multifaceted management problems: management of the organization's personnel development; formation of the management system in the enterprise; management of marketing activities of the enterprise; using of socio-psychological management methods in the enterprise; management of enterprise competitiveness; formation of the company's development strategy; human resources management of the enterprise; the product policy management system of the enterprise; motivation of project teams in an agricultural enterprise; financial resources management in the enterprise; management of team interaction in the enterprise team.
The defense of Master's qualification works is a responsible stage of the educational process, during which future specialists confirm the level of theoretical knowledge acquired in the institution of higher education, acquired practical skills, developed professional competencies, successfully passed by the students of higher education of the Educational and Professional Program «Management of Organizations and Administration»Specialty 073 «Management».
The staff of the Department of Management named after Prof. J. S. Zavadskyi sincerely congratulates the higher education graduates with a brilliant defense of their Master's qualification works.
