“Ukrainian Nutrition and National Health” is an innovative scientific hub where young researchers and students majoring in “Public Health” and “Nutrition” begin their scientific journey in nutrition—the science that studies the physiological process of nutrition, interpreting the nutrients and other substances contained in food in relation to the body’s vital functions, growth, reproduction, health, and disease. The hub was created to promote the development of modern Ukrainian nutrition and to advance the health of the nation. Here, young researchers come together to explore and understand the complex relationships between nutrition and health. By opening up new opportunities to study national traditions and modern technologies in the field of nutrition, the “Ukrainian Nutrition and National Health” hub contributes to improving the overall health of Ukrainians and advancing science in the country.
