ICA Council held its meeting in Vilnius

     Currently Vilnius University is hosting the meeting of the Council of Association for European Life Sciences Universities. National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is its member institution.

     Representatives from many universities came to Vilnius. These universities are as follows: Wageningen University and Research Centre (Netherlands), University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (Austria), Institut Polythechnique LaSalle Beauvais (France), the University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom), University College Dublin (Ireland), Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), Aleksandras Stulginskis University (Lithuania), Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland).

     Vadym Tkachuk, vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, international activity and development is participating in the meeting on behalf of our university.

     The Council participants have gathered to approve 2018 plan of Association activities, conferences and seminars, including those in cooperation with other associations; preparation activities to celebrate the 30^th-anniversary of ICA, which is supposed to be hosted by Wageningen University and Research Centre (October 24-25, 2018).
