THE OPEN LECTURE OF THE ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOCHEMISTRY AND ANIMAL PHYSIOLOGY NAMED ON. ACAD M.F. GULOGO VALERIE ZVILIHOVSKY

           On February 13, 2023, an open lecture was held by the associate professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Animal Physiology named after Academician M. F. Guloy, candidate of biological sciences, associate professor Valery Tsvilikhovskii on the selective discipline "Organization of laboratory work" for second-year students of the shortened study period of the specialty 211 "Veterinary Medicine" , OC "Master". Topic of the lecture: "General organization of laboratory research". The lecture took place in a remote format in the Cisco Webex application.

      During the lecture, the questions of the purpose and tasks of clinical laboratory diagnostics as a type of veterinary activity, the list of permit documentation for the operation of the clinical diagnostic laboratory, the staff and structure, the organization of workplaces, the rules of safe work and fire safety in the clinical diagnostic laboratory were covered.

   It is worth noting the well-thought-out structure of the lecture, high-quality illustrative material, the use of which facilitated students' perception of new information.

      The open lecture was attended by the head of the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology of Animals named after Acad. M.F. Gulogo Viktor Tomchuk, assistant professor Nataliya Boyko, who is responsible for conducting open lectures from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, all teachers of the department. The lecturers of other departments of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Valery Ushkalov, Hryhoriy Boyko, Tetiana Nemova, and Alla Levchenko, a teacher from Odesa State Agrarian University, showed interest in the lecture.
