Mission and tasks


The mission of the Department of Administrative Management and International Activity of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is to educate competitive, socially responsible, and highly qualified professionals in management, logistics, and international business. The Department focuses on equipping students with modern managerial, analytical, communication, and leadership competencies, fostering strategic thinking, and developing the ability to make well-grounded managerial decisions and implement them effectively in domestic and international business environments, public administration, and administrative institutions under the conditions of globalization, European integration, and digital transformation of the economy.

The main tasks of the department are:

  • training of students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the speciality D3 "Management" in the context of the EP "Management", "International Business Management" and "Logistics"
  • training of students of the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality D3 "Management" in the educational programmes "Management of Foreign Economic Activity" and "Administrative Management" (with individual educational trajectories within the projects: "Administrative Management (International version of IMA and AgriMBA)", "Agrokebety", "Management of Healthcare Institutions")
  • organisation of educational, scientific and methodological, cultural and educational work
  • preparing students for participation in the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads and international scientific conferences
  • organisation of work of scientific student clubs, scientific conferences, round tables and other scientific events
  • providing students with double degree programmes with the University of Weihenstephan (Germany), Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra
  • assistance in organising foreign industrial training and internships under the MBA Study Week programme
