Competition for a scholarship to study at the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf for the summer semester is announced
To the attention of students of 2-3 courses of OS "Bachelor"!
The University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf offers a summer semester of the bachelor's program online in agriculture (in English), April 15 - July 15, 2023.
The curriculum is aimed at undergraduate students in agriculture, food technology, agricultural production and related areas.
In addition to educational content, the summer semester aims to form students' ideas about the science and culture of Germany.
Under the guidance of an experienced teaching staff, students will learn about the overall structure of the agricultural and food industries in Germany, as well as gain knowledge about current trends and developments in these industries. Using modern teaching methods such as workshops, group learning, online courses, and guided tours, students will have the opportunity to develop their personal and professional potential. In addition, related English and German courses will help participants become more confident in the international environment. As part of an international student community, participants will receive exciting learning and cultural experiences.
Funding Information:
The University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf does not charge tuition fees. The registration fee is €55. Please note that in order to obtain a visa, students must prove that they have sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay in Germany. Funds of 934 euros are required for each planned month of stay (2802 euros for 3 months).
In addition, we are pleased to announce that:
6 scholarships are planned for students of Ukrainian partner universities to study at the summer bachelor's semester 2023 from DAAD, Erasmus + funds (scholarship in the amount of - 850 euros per month, plus 275 euros for travel support).
Registration for the program is open until November 28, 2022.
Requirements for candidates:
- To be a student of NUBiP 2, 3rd year of OS Bachelor
- Knowledge of English (at least level B2) is confirmed by relevant certificates (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS or others)
- Academic performance not less than 74 points
