Scientists from Penn State University (the USA) visited our university

     The purpose of this visit is to organized short-time course for students and faculty members about specialists certification in Food safety.

 

 

       The delegation consists of Catherine Cuttel, a professor, food sciences, food department, Agricultural College; Ramaswamy Anantheswaran, a professor, food sciences, food department, Agricultural College; Yurii Bihun, a program mentor, department of international programs Penn State University / Agricultural College.

 

 

 

       The course of food safety aims to present novelties in the area of food safety, food industry and technology for further professional development and career growth. The course focuses on improving theoretical skills which can be applied in practice. 

This course consists of:

  1. Food safety.
  2. Food industry and technologies.
  3. Combined course (Food safety and food industry and technologies).
     

       

     Guests are also supposed to participate in celebrations of University Day.
