Land managers learned the experience of the cadastral registry of lands in Germany at the International Topical Workshop
On February 16, the Department of Land Management in cooperation with the Association “Land Union of Ukraine” and the company of land management and sale (Bodenverwertungs- und -verwaltungs GmbH), which manages state-owned lands in East Germany, carries out an International Scientific and Methodical Workshop “Cadastral registry of Land in Germany”.
Its goal – to exchange experiences among specialists, discussion of promising direction in cadastral registry of land, zoning the territory of settlements, land economics, land assessment and identification of priority aspects for further development of land management in conditions of government decentralization.
In his opening remarks, Dean of the Department Taras Evsiukov noted that this measure would encourage the development of international contacts of the University, and raise of efficiency and quality of research, exchange of experience between experts.
Specialist of Urban Construction branch (construction management) Dortmund Olaf Greve shared their experience of land use planning in Germany with workshop participants on example of the city of Dortmund, explained the sequence of process, dwelled upon the procedure for granting permission for the construction and functions of city-planning cadaster in planning and building.
Reinhardt Krumpholtz, who managed various cadastral and mapping services, told the audience about the sequence and organization of cadastral registry of land in Germany, his services and sources of funding.
Active participation in the discussion took the Dean Taras Evsiukov, Head of the Chair of Land Management – Andriy Martyn, Cadastral Registry – Victor Zaiats, Assistant of the Chair of Land Resources Management Hryhoriy Kolisnyk and others. The workshop was held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The participants exchanged views on topical issues in land resources management.
Scientific-Methodological workshop interested not only instructors and students of the Department of Land Management, but also experts in land relations. The workshop was attended by Andriy Yatsuk (“Ukrainian center for Reconstruction and Development” LLC), Roman Derkulskyi (Department of Land Resources of KCSA), Lyudmyla Simonova (“Ukrainian Society of Appraisers” UPO), Olha Krasnolutska (“UKRNDPITSYVILBUD” SOE). They also contributed to the discussion of the problems of the state land cadaster management in Ukraine.
In conclusion, Andriy Martyn, on behalf of all who were present, expressed thanks for organizing a meaningful and interesting event and hopes for further cooperation with German colleagues.
