On the basis of AgiLab, students took part in a training and demonstration seminar of the Digital Field project
Despite the situation in the country, students must develop comprehensively and master the latest technologies. So, the master students of the program "Agrochemistry in Precision Agricultural Production", at the invitation of our partners AgiLab LLC, attended an exciting training and demonstration seminar of the Digital Field project: "Profitable Yari" - finding effective solutions in times of crisis.
Despite the hot day, the students filled it with inspiration, knowledge and powerful energy!
The speakers were experienced farmers and industry experts: Gennadiy Gadzovskiy, owner of Vasyuty LLC, Yuriy Lysak, chief agronomist of Agro-Region Group of Companies, Andriy Atroshchenko, agronomist of Desnianska Zori LLC, Taras Pylypaka, regional sales manager of Trimble Agriculture Ukraine, and Roman Chvartatsky from Precision Planting Ukraine.
The panel discussion moderated by Dmytro Gordiychuk covered the topic that is relevant at the present time "How to get the maximum agronomic and economic benefits from fertilizers and biological products?", where the masters of the OPP "Agrochemical Service in Precision Agricultural Production" had the opportunity to ask questions to industry experts.
The demonstration field part presented research aimed at studying the effectiveness of using liquid nitrogen and starter fertilizers, as well as biological products. Assessments of the impact of different sowing options on plant development and yields of corn and sunflower.
The students also attended a demonstration of the use of XAG agrodrones from DroneUA. They also got acquainted with advanced genetic solutions in crop production, represented by corn and sunflower hybrids from LG Seeds Ukraine.
We thank AgiLab LLC for the invitation to the Digital Field project's training and demonstration seminar: "Profitable Yari" - finding effective solutions in times of crisis.
