Member of the Technical Committee of the National Technical Working Group GLOBAL G.A.P. in Ukraine with the support of the American people, provided through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the framework of the project "Support for Agricultural and Rural Development".
He was born on June 13, 1974 in the city of Kyiv. In 1999 he graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Food Technologies UDUHT with a degree in "Equipment for processing and food production." He worked at the Department of Machines and Apparatus of Food Production, where he lectured on the disciplines "Processes and equipment of the pharmaceutical and microbiological industry" and "Technological equipment of the pharmaceutical and microbiological industry." He was a scholarship holder of the President of Ukraine for young scientists.
Since 2008 he has been working at NULES of Ukraine. Since 2015 - Head of the Department of Standardization and Certification of Agricultural Products, where he lectures on the subject "Standardization and Certification of Agricultural Products". Manages four graduate students, is a member of the editorial boards of four scientific and practical professional publications.
He received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in 2006 in the specialty 05.18.12 - processes and equipment of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries. The topic of the dissertation is "Increasing the durability of food production equipment based on anti-corrosion inhibited systems".
He received the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in 2015 in the specialty 05.18.12 - processes and equipment of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries. The topic of the dissertation is "Scientific and technical bases of meat mincing processes of agro-industrial enterprises".
Teaches at the faculty: food technology and quality management of agricultural products.
Scientific direction: Increasing the durability of equipment for food and processing industries. Development of methods for controlling the properties of working surfaces of tools by creating compositions on them that combine strength, hardness and ductility. Optimization of meat processing processes to ensure the proper quality of minced meat, the level of reliability of energy and resource saving machines. Creation of a general classification, physical and mathematical modeling, ensuring the efficiency of meat grinding processes, product quality by rheological and organoleptic parameters and the level of reliability of new meat cutting machines and tools. Development, implementation, technical and service maintenance of plants for the production of diesel biofuels and resource-saving technologies in the food and processing industries of agriculture.
