Education

Viktoriia Hryshchenko is a well-known scientist in the field of biochemistry, in particular, clinical animal biochemistry. She was born in Kyiv. She graduated with honors from the Veterinary Faculty of the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (1992, now the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine). In 1998, she defended her PhD thesis on "Peculiarities of the protein spectrum of blood of newborn calves under conditions of changing parameters of acid-base state", and in 2006 - doctoral dissertation "Biochemical and clinical substantiation of the use of reparative therapy based on milk phospholipids in calf enteropathology" in the specialty 03.00.04 - biochemistry, scientific adviser - Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and NAAS D.O. Melnychuk. Winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (2012) for the series of scientific papers "Mechanisms of functioning of the digestive system". Laureate of the S.Z. Grzycki Prize (2018) for the series of works "Metabolic processes, resistance and productivity of cows and calves and ways of their regulation".

Dissertation research
She began her teaching career in 1997. In 2002, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor, and in 2008 - professor. In the period from 2001 to 2002 - Deputy Dean of the newly established Faculty of Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, and from 2004 to 2006 - Acting Head of the Department of Animal Biochemistry, Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products named after Academician M.F. Gulyi; 2008 - Acting Head of the Department of Therapy and Clinical Diagnostics; from 2012 to the present - Professor of the Department of Animal Biochemistry and Physiology named after Academician M.F. Gulyi. Since 2001 - Member of the Academic Council of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Quality and Safety of Livestock Products; since 2007 - Member of the Problematic Academic Council of the Research Institute of Animal Health, and since 2021 - Member of the Scientific Council of the Research Institute of Animal Health; since 2022 - Member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. During 2013-2014 - member of the Academic Council of the National University of Life Sciences of Ukraine. In 2001-2006 - Scientific Secretary of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission (now SAC) of Ukraine on Zootechnics and Veterinary Medicine, and in 2010-2022 - a member of this expert council. During 2006-2013, he was the scientific secretary of the specialized section "Biology" of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology, and from 2008 to the present day he has been the scientific secretary of the section for the Presidential Prize for Young Scientists. Since 2012 - Head of the Department of Scientific Attestation at the University, and during 2013-2014 - Director of the Research and Training Center for Training and Attestation of Higher Qualification Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel. During 1999-2002 - Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.004.08 with the right to defend doctoral (candidate) dissertations in the specialty 03.00.04 - biochemistry, during 2007-2008 - Deputy Chairman of this council, currently - member of the said special council. Member of the Ukrainian Biochemical Society (since 1992). Member of the section that conducts the examination of scientific projects in the specialty area 23 "Scientific problems of agriculture, forestry, gardening and parks, veterinary medicine" of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (since 2019). Expert on scientific and scientific and technical expertise of project proposals for grant support at the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (since 2020). Member of the expert group for evaluating the effectiveness of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific and technical) activities in the scientific field of Biology and Healthcare, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2020). Member of the Board of Doctors of Sciences of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of NULES of Ukraine (2021). Responsible executor of the research topic "The use of endoecological technology of restorative therapy for the toxic effects of xenobiotics on the animal body and the development of pathologies" (2023-2025). Member of the project and working groups on the preparation and accreditation of the educational and scientific program "Non-Contagious Animal Pathology", the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in the specialty 211 "Veterinary Medicine", field of knowledge 21 "Veterinary Medicine" (2017-2021). Qualification: Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Medicine. Member of the working group on the development of the curriculum for the new specialty 163. "Biomedical Engineering" for the training of specialists of the Bachelor's degree (2020). Chairman of the expert commission for the examination of textbooks and manuals in the field of knowledge "Veterinary Medicine" (since 2021). Member of the jury of the National Stage of the International Competition of Scientific and Technical Creativity of Students Intel ISEF 2019 (International Science and Engineering Fair). Member of the focus group during the accreditation examination of the OPP 211. "Veterinary Medicine, second (master's) level. Curator of the 8th student group, 5th year.
Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal "Ukrainian journal of veterinary sciences" (since 2019). Member of the editorial board of scientific professional journals of Ukraine: "Biological resources and nature management" (2014-2019), "Livestock of Ukraine" (2012-2014), "Modern poultry farming" (from 2004-2008, 2018-2019), "Scientific reports of NUBiP of Ukraine" (2002-2014); "Theoretical and Applied Veterinary Medicine" (since 2018).
Scientific interests

Determination of biological and clinical efficacy of milk phospholipids in the form of dietary supplements "FLP-MD" and "Phosphomol" (capsule, liposomal) in the treatment of animals with hepatopathology and enteropathology.

In 2001-2002 - a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; 2004 - Certificate of Honor on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; 2006 - Acknowledgment of the Mayor of Kyiv for high professional skills and fruitful work in training highly qualified specialists; 2006. - Acknowledgment of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine; "Kyivan of the Year - 2007"; 2009 - Acknowledgment of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine in the field of science and technology for many years of fruitful work as secretary of the Biology section; 2013 - Certificate of Honor from the Kyiv City State Administration and on the occasion of the Day of Science; 2019. - Acknowledgement of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology for conscientious work for many years as a scientific secretary of the section that considers the work of young scientists for the Presidential Prize of Ukraine; 2020 - Certificate of Honor from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine; 2020 - Acknowledgement of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, 2020. - received three Diplomas of Participant of the All-Ukrainian Competition "Invention 2020", 2021 - Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; 2022 - Acknowledgement of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for many years of work and personal contribution to the training of veterinary medicine specialists and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Department of Therapy and Clinical Diagnostics of NUBiP of Ukraine; 2022 - Certificate of Honor from the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for a significant contribution to the training of future veterinary specialists, many years of fruitful work and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of scientific and pedagogical activity.

He has more than 600 publications, including: 6 textbooks and 13 manuals, 21 monographs, 8 of which are collective, and a scientific brochure, 5 reference books, 128 teaching guidelines and 21 scientific and practical recommendations, 356 scientific articles and abstracts, 60 patents for invention, copyright certificates, and technical specifications for the FLP-MD dietary supplement. With her participation, more than 10 recipes of therapeutic and prophylactic drugs for cattle, horses, pigs and poultry of different ages and purposes (dyspepsia, anemia, metabolic disorders, stimulation of productive qualities and reparative therapy of animals) were created
