MEETING SUMMARY
On March 13, 2026, a project team meeting was held to review the preparation status for the core project activities, including educational tasks, scientific publications, water sampling in target regions, and organizational matters.
Larysa VOITENKO (Project Coordinator) reported full readiness for educational activities, including seminars, summer schools, and webinars for schoolchildren. Current tasks in progress include finalizing the intensive course textbook and developing Python-based software for calculating NVZs (Nitrate Vulnerable Zones).
Tetiana USHCHAPIVSKA (Key Expert) provided an update on cooperation with the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights regarding interaction with NGOs. She presented a flyer for stakeholders, students, and local residents, and outlined the plan for water sampling in the Poltava region.
Olha KRAVCHENKO (Leading Expert) presented the survey for the upcoming workshop at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth. She also detailed the laboratory work content integrated into the project’s educational activities.
Nadiia PROKOPCHUK (Project Manager) reported on the project’s state registration process at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Leonid ABARBARCHUK (Head of Administrative Group) presented the official project banner required for the attribution of all planned events (see picture) and reported of project’s site readness.
