"Vienna fairy tale" has become charming…

The Vienna ball is a luxury, tradition and beauty. Everyone who attends this event finds themselves in a fairy tale. Such a fairy tale is organized annually on the eve of Christmas and New Year holidays for students of Kyiv by the Department of youth policy of the Department of youth and sports of the Kyiv city state administration.

The ball was held at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, whose hall turned into a medieval castle for one evening: girls in evening dresses, gallant slender boys, diplomatic manners, brilliance, beauty… 52 couples from 9 higher education institutions of Kyiv presented their skills in the performance of waltz and polonaise. Meanwhile, a magical New Year's Eve holiday was created for them, full of vocal and choreographic numbers, master classes from famous colleagues.
Once again, our "Charivnist" under the leadership of associate professor of the department of cultural studies Svitlana Makoda was able to surprise the professional jury and the audience with originality, complexity of choreography and sincerity of feelings in the transfer of dance and won 1st place among all teams.

  

We thank the organizers of the event - the Department of youth and sports of the Kyiv city state administration for a wonderful, incredibly fabulous, festive atmosphere. And special thanks to the administration of our university and the SEC of educational work and social development for the constant support and opportunity to develop student talents.
