Educational work
Department of Aquaculture provides 17 training courses on the basics of fishing and aquaculture, design of the fishing industry.
Students EQL "Bachelor" in the direction of "Water Bioresources and Aquaculture" taught discipline "Fishing", "Diseases of fish", "Breeding and selection of fishes", "Fishery Hydraulic Engineering with the Fundamentals of Geodesy", "Design fish-breeding enterprises", "Mains in fish culture", "Aquaculture in natural reservoirs", "Aquaculture in artificial reservoirs".
The Department train students for a master’s degree of specialty "Water Bioresources" with two programs of production direction ("The science of sturgeon", " fish farming in ponds") and the one research direction ("Modern methods of selection of fish farming facilities").
Teachers of the Department prepares typical programs, training complexes, published textbooks, manuals, guidelines for support ting the learning process. In 2014, they have written 2 textbooks, 2 manuals, 10 methodological recommendations, published 9 articles and abstracts at international conferences:
