Touching the story: the trip of the circle “Phamber” to the Museum of Chernobyl
On April 30, 2026, members of the "Grunter" circle visited the museum "Chernobyl", where on the 40th anniversary of the disaster, a new exhibition "Chernobyl: People and Meanings" was opened, which comprehends the Chernobyl disaster as a common experience and deep trauma, which at the same time became evidence of the resilience of Ukrainians. It reveals the versatility of the concept of "Chernobyl" – from tragedy to rethinking, from memory to the future.

This tour has become not only an opportunity to expand its knowledge, but also an impetus to the awareness of the importance of a responsible attitude to nature and the preservation of historical heritage. She encouraged students to reflect on the value of human life, the role of memory of the past and the need to take conscious steps for a safe future.
Students listened with great interest to the guide, who not only told the facts, but also shared the personal stories of people whose fates were forever changed by disaster. A special impression on them was made by the testimony of liquidators and migrants who combined the pain of loss and at the same time incredible courage and strength of spirit.

Visitors were deeply touched by the exhibits – personal belongings, photographs and documents that seemed to "revive" the events of those years and allowed to feel the atmosphere of that time. Students thought about how the tragedy of Chernobyl affected not only Ukraine, but also the whole world, and how important it is to preserve the memory of these events.

After the tour, the participants of the circle discussed what they saw for a long time, shared their impressions and thoughts. They came to the conclusion that such exhibitions help not only to better understand history, but also to form a responsible attitude to the future and awareness of the value of human life.
