    "Economics of the Enterprise" provides training of highly qualified professionals who has excellent theoretical background and good practical skills in formation and development of the economic mechanism of internal enterprise resources, functioning of business entities in a competitive environment, financial and economic performance and efficiency of the enterprise.
    Our graduates can work as chief economists, sales directors, economists in government and commercial structures, experts in the area of economy and investment, commercial directors, project and program production managers, consultants on economic affairs, heads of personnel department.
    "Accounting and Audit" is the most prestigious speciality in ​​current conditions of the training of economists. Integration processes in the economic development of the country require training of highly qualified experts who could provide accounting and control over the financial activities of enterprises; objective assessment of financial performance and legality of administrative decisions and their implementation; forecasting financial performance and conduction the strategic economic analysis; control over rational use of material, labor and financial resources.
    Graduates have the right to occupy the positions of chief accountant; accountant in the agricultural sector, SMEs, trade; auditor, auditor-diagnostician, accountant, specialist of tax and controlling and auditing services, financial, bank and budgetary institutions.
    "Finance and Credit" is an elite speciality. The dynamic processes in the economic sphere of the country cause its topicality. The creation of new enterprises, financial and credit institutions, insurance and investment companies, non-state pension funds, reforming and improving the functioning of public financial mechanisms creates objective conditions for the sustainable demand for highly skilled professionals in finance.
    Graduates may hold positions in the system of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, State Treasury of Ukraine, State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, enterprises of all ownership forms, financial market institutions, insurance companies, to work in planning and economic, organizational and administrative areas, audit service.

Cooperation with employers

    The Faculty of Economics cooperates with the leading agricultural enterprises and companies of other sectors of the economy: Agro holding "Mriya"; PJSC "Company Rise"; Corporation "Agro-Soyuz"; JSC "MHP"; Poultry Production Association “Ptakhoprom Ukrainy”; PJSC "Ukrsotsbank"; PJSC CB “Privatbank” etc. Annually, the Faculty organizes Job Fair, which brings together potential employers and students. The fair provides an opportunity for the employers to present their companies, recruit a future staff; for the students – to get the chance to interact personally with the leading companies and to have pre-diploma practice with the possible future employment; to learn about the requirements of employers, and how to pass an interview successfully.
